Transition Interim Pastor
Pastor Tommy came to Salem in November of 2023 and serves as our Transition (Interim) Pastor.
His leadership is taking Salem on a revitalization journey to a more glorious future, as we take the necessary time to focus on the mission of the Gospel and draw us closer to God’s glory (Ephesians 3:21).
Tommy and Sherri have been married 48 years and are blessed with 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

Discipleship Pastor
Pastor Rick has been on staff at Salem since 2007. He holds a Bachelors in Bible, Secondary English Education, and a Masters in Biblical Studies from Piedmont International University.
Rick and his wife, Jill, were married in 2001 and have three children: Eli, Ella and Owen.

Member Care Pastor
Pastor Jimmy has served on the Pastoral staff since 2022 as Member Care Pastor. His focus is ministering to our Salem Seniors through their weekly ministry, special events and visiting our shut-ins.
Pastor Jimmy has served in a similar role previously and has taught Sunday School for many years at Salem as well as at his previous churches. He and his wife Susan have been married since 1978 and have three children (Amy, Nick & Tiffany) and seven grandchildren.
